Invitation to Bid: RFB 2026-03 Furnish Petroleum Fuels

The City of Dillingham, Alaska, is soliciting proposals to select a qualified firm or individual to furnish and deliver petroleum fuels for the period of 11/01/2026-06/30/2027 to City of Dillingham locations.

Bid opening will take place at City Hall at 2:00 pm, October 9, 2026 Bid documents can be found at: https://www.dillinghamak.us/rfps, Bids can be submitted electronically at PublicPurchase.com.
Bid Submission Deadline: 1:00 pm, October 09, 2026
Authorization to contract will follow at the next scheduled City Council Meeting. Faxed bids will NOT be accepted.  

Sealed bids should be mailed or delivered to the City of Dillingham, in an envelope plainly marked with “RFB 2026-03 Furnish Petroleum Fuels”, bearing the name and address of the bidder, and addressed to:
