Finance
The Finance Department is responsible all accounting, budgeting and financial services for the city. These services include accounts payable, payroll, the collection of sales tax, accounts receivable for water/sewer, grant administration, purchasing, fixed assets, collections, investments, phone reception, real and personal property assessments, and issuing business licenses.
The financial and accounting activity complies with all federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations. To ensure compliance, the department is audited annually.
The Finance Department is located on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
