RFP 2026-01 Janitorial Services The City of Dillingham is soliciting sealed bids to provide janitorial services at City facilities. The selected firm or individual will enter into a term contract in effect from the date of execution through an initial one (1) year period, with the ability to renew annually for up to three (3) additional years. City facilities will include: City Hall, Library, Public Safety, Public Works and Bath House (seasonal). Bids should be mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

Sealed bids must be marked plainly on the outside as follows: RFP 2026-01 Janitorial Services and must bear the name and address of bidder. Faxed and electronic bids will NOT be accepted. Bid deadline is 4:00 p.m., Friday, April 10, 2026. The bid opening will take place in the City Hall Council Chambers on April 10, 2026 at 4:01 p.m. A contract to award will be authorized at a subsequent City Council meeting.
