About the Comprehensive Plan: The Comprehensive Plan is Dillingham’s long-range policy guide for land use, housing, economic development, public facilities, transportation, and other key community priorities. It sets a shared vision for the future and provides direction for City decisions, investments, and partnerships over the next 10–20 years.

Community feedback is a critical part of this process. The draft plan reflects public input gathered to date, and this review period is an opportunity to ensure the document accurately captures community priorities and values before it is finalized.

All comments received during the public review period will be carefully reviewed by the project team. Feedback will be used to clarify language, refine strategies, and make revisions as appropriate prior to Planning Commission and City Council consideration.

We encourage all residents, business owners, and community partners to review the draft and share their thoughts. Your input will help shape Dillingham’s future!
