Senior Citizen & Disabled Veteran Exemption (Feb 15, 2026)

PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION DEADLINE REMINDER 

Eligible Senior Citizens and Disabled Veterans may qualify for up to $150,000 off the assessed value of their primary residence — but you must apply by
February 15, 2026.

You may qualify if you are:
65 years or older
A Disabled Veteran (50% service-connected)
60+ and a widow or widower

Important note: Eligibility begins January 1 of the year following when you turn 65 or when you receive a qualifying disability letter.

Deadline: Applications must be received by February 15.
