Update: Bid Opening for improperly rejected proposals that were received on time before 07/31/2025 at 4:00 PM

Bid Opening restart to be held at City Hall Council Chambers, 08/29/2025 9:00 AM

It came to our attention that two proposals that would have been considered responsive were improperly rejected. These proposals will be opened on August 29^th at 9 am in the City of Dillingham Council Chambers.

The New RFP Schedule is as follows:

August 29^th 9 AM	Bid Opening for bids received electronically before the cutoff date and that also sent physical copies within three business days.
September 2nd	Shortlist Notification
September 5^th (morning)	Interviews
September 10^th 8:30 AM	Scoring/ Selection
September 10^th Afternoon	Intent to Award/ Fee Proposal
September 17^th 8:30 am or 1:30 pm	Fee Negotiations meeting 1 (please send a contract template)
September 19^th (anytime)	Fee Negotiation meeting 2 and Signed Agreement
October 2^nd	Council Approval
October 3^rd	Notice to Proceed

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Proposals shall be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on July 31, 2025.

Sealed proposals must be clearly marked on the outside as follows: "RFP 2025-02 Airport Waterline Extension Project" and must include the name and address of the proposer. Firms must submit five (5) copies and an electronic copy on a thumb drive by this deadline to the following address:

Firms may choose to email a copy (PDF) of their proposal by the deadline to manager@dillinghamak.us and follow up their emailed submittal by submitting five (5) copies within three (3) business day to the above address. Emailed proposals must match in their entirety proposals received by mail or courier. Proposals received after the deadline will be considered nonresponsive and will be returned unopened.
