SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Proposals shall be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on July 10, 2025.
Sealed proposals must be clearly marked on the outside as follows: "RFP 2025-02 Airport Waterline Extension Project" and must include the name and address of the proposer. Firms must submit five (5) copies and an electronic copy on a thumb drive by this deadline to the following address:

Firms may choose to email a copy (PDF) of their proposal by the deadline to publicworks@dillinghamak.com and follow up their emailed submittal by submitting five (5) copies within three (3) business day to the above address. Emailed proposals must match in their entirety proposals received by mail or courier. Proposals received after the deadline will be considered nonresponsive and will be returned unopened.
