RFP# 2026-01 Janitorial Services

 

The City of Dillingham is soliciting sealed bids for janitorial services to be provided for various

City facilities for the period June 1, 2026            – May 31, 2027           . The selected firm or

individual will enter into a term contract for a period of one (1) year with the ability to renew for up to three (3) additional years.

SPECIFICATIONS

Submittal Requirements and Information

To be considered, please submit a signed copy of Attachment A. Janitorial Services Bid, to the

City Manager’s office no later than  4:00                      (pm) on 04/10/2026.

Required Proposal Content

Return the following attachments to the City of Dillingham by the due date:

  • Attachment A. Janitorial Services Bid
  • Attachment B. Experience & References

An electronic copy of the proposal shall be emailed to the City Manager's Office no later than April 10, 2026 by 4:00 PM AKST at the email address noted above.

Email subject must read "RFP 2026-01 Janitorial Services".

 

Notice of Intent to Award

The City shall notify all bidders of its intent to award.

A contract to award will be confirmed [meeting date]: _05/07/2026

Schedule

   -Submission deadline is April 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM

   -RFPs will be opened on April 10, 2026 at 4:01 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers

   -RFP scoring will occur on April 13, 2026 at 3:00 PM

   -Letter of Intent to Award will be sent on April 17, 2026

   -Proposed contract will be brought to the regular City Council meeting on May 7, 202
